This is one of the slickest, most cleverly designed radios we've evaluated, and a great value. For such an inexpensive radio, it has quite a feel of quality.

In most respects, it's a pretty basic radio. The clock radio offers a beep wakeup alarm only (no wake to music), but what it does, it does quite well. It would also be hard to find a travel clock radio that is this small, at any price.

And while not a true digital tuning radio, it does display the frequency as an accurate digital display. The benefit of this is that you can exactly tune in the station you want to hear, without guessing. And while this radio (like most low-cost portables) is not stereo, you can plug a set of stereo headphones into the radio and hear sound in both ears for personal listening.
