How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
Executive Travelware wants you to be satisfied with your purchase!
We do our best to select merchandise that offers great functionality, durability and value. If for any reason the item you ordered did not meet your expectations, it can be returned while in new condition, with all original packaging and materials, within 30 days (of date received) for a full merchantdise credit (shipping and handling cannot be credited).
Items which have been damaged by the user cannot be credited. Items returned within 30 days, but lacking original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Personalized items may not be returned.
IMPORTANT If you plan to return a large product, such as a world globe, luggage or large clock, you must contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We may also instruct you to ship to item to a different physical address.   All Replogle Globes are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless a defective product is being exchanged for the exact same model and color.
Defective Products
If you believe your product may not be functioning correctly, please email us at [email protected] or call (800-397-7477) before returning the product. In most such cases, we find that the problem may be resolved without the need to return the product. With technology products, an improper setting or weak battery can prevent proper operation. If a replacement is necessary within 30 days, we will exchange the product for the same model (if available) or provide a refund, if the item is no longer available.

Products being returned (other than globes, luggage, large clocks or other large cartons) can be prepaid sent without a return authorization to:

Merchandise Damaged in Shipment


If a product ordered has been damaged in shipment, please bring this to the attention of  the shipper immediately.  If delivered by Federal Express or UPS, some insurance will automatically apply.  Insurance on USPS orders was optional at the time you placed your order. 

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
